Not everyone has the same level of patience, some are taught from small how to use their patience while others get purposely triggered into having a lack of patience.
Depending on the level of the trigger being dealt with will also be the level of patience you may be require using. you might find it hard to use your patience with certain scenarios based on how much patience you endured throughout the years. The fact of you being taught how to be impatient since childhood can have birthed anxiety and other challenging emotions within you making it hard to remain patient during waiting periods.
Plenty of people beat themselves up for having a lack of patience, others own up to it in a kind of irresponsible way (this is me) while others work on becoming more patient.
for those of you who seek becoming more patient throughout your daily living, do your best to understand you are unlearning what you have been taught since small and your age number is the number of years you are working with. so do your best to not beat yourself up while working with yourself on becoming something you were triggered into since small.
Being impatient is one of the most common feelings that's shared among humans.
Acknowledging your desire to wanting to become more patient is one of the best and most important steps of actually accomplishing becoming more patient.
I salute you for wanting better for yourself!
You got this!
XOXOXO
